Introduction:
Established in January, 2021, the Research Center for Dual Circulation Development of Service Economy (the Center) now has 18 researchers, most of which are from the teaching and research office of Trade Economics. The remaining scholars and teachers are affiliated or invited from Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences, Huanggang Normal University and other departments of the SBA. With specific research goals, the Center has developed a relatively reasonable structure of researchers’ ages and titles as well as created a favorable atmosphere, featuring “be willing to and able to do excellent work”. Since its foundation, relevant experts and scholars have been invited to conduct small-scale academic exchanges, most of which are academic salons named after “Business Rising Star” with teachers of the Center as their core as well as doctoral students, postgraduates and a few undergraduates as participants.
